Through the method of analysis, this work examines the globalization process and some effects it has on Africa. It also examines the relationship between positive aspect of globalization process and African values with a view of guaranteeing mutual respect and corporation among them. Therefore, the paper suggests mutual respect between positive aspect of globalization and African values. It further advocates for the reintegration of African value system in the society through African knowledge centre where Africans can preserve, expose and propagate their values, and practice universal communalism in the society. This will guarantee and promote the effective democratic system and development in Africa.
